A new table game based on the first three mega man games is available for pre-order now. Blacklist Games has announced Adventures of Mega Man, a new cooperative board game that can be played in independent sessions or as part of a larger campaign. Players will control Mega Man, Photo Man, Rush or Roll as they advance for several stages. Each player plays two action cards in his turn, one that directly controls his character and another that provides other players additional skills. Each stage has several obstacles and enemies to overcome through actions: some enemies can be defeated with a single action, while others require a series of more complicated combos. At the end of each level there is a Master robot with a unique attack scheme. Defeating the Master Robot will give the players their distinctive weapon and bring them closer one step further to defeat Dr. Wily.

The game uses the classic pixel art of games, as well as official art, which helps give the game a retro style. En ventures of Mega Man also includes the art of the box with the theme of Nintendo cartridges, which really brings home the idea that you are taking a classic mega man game when you play.

Mega man debuted for the first time in Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987. Mega Man, a classic platform game, is a robot that is offered as a volunteer for updates when its creator, Dr. Light, is betrayed by him, the Dr. Wily. Most enemy robots of Mega Man are ancient robots of Dr. Light rescheduled for evil by Wily. Cap com has launched 11 entries in its main mega man series, as well as several popular derived series. Mega Man has also starred in several cartoon series and has appeared in other game series, including Super Smash Bros.

This is the second game of Blacklist Games based on a classic video game IP. The game studio is also developing a contra board game that recreates the style of running and shooting from the original NEW game.
