Ostre [ˈɔstrɛ] is a village in the management district of Gmina Lipowa, within Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southerly Poland. It lies about 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Żywiec and also 66 km (41 mi) southern of the regional capital Katowice.
The village was established in the early 17th century on the inclines of Ostre hill in Silesian Beskids, initially named Podostre. The village has a population of 474.
